New architectural home on a Clevedon lifestyle block. A pavilion form designed to sit across the site contours rather than cut through them. The project included full rural infrastructure, foundations on sloped ground, and a build programme managed around the longer supply runs that come with rural work.

Renovation and extension of an existing waterfront home in Mangere Bridge. The brief asked for a full rework of the internal layout alongside new additions that open the living areas toward the water. The project involved resolving the existing structure before new work could be built against it.

Pool and outdoor living structure on a sloped Ness Valley site. The project included the pool itself, a poolside deck at height, and engineered retaining to create a level platform. Building consent was required for both the pool and the deck structures.
